Fundraising Guidelines
A clear, honest story helps supporters understand why you are asking for help.
Tell an accurate story
Explain who needs support, what the money will be used for and how you chose your goal. Do not invent beneficiaries, testimonials, donation activity or claims of verification.
Use genuine photos
Add 3–20 different photographs, including your cover photo. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Identify illustrative stock photography; never present it as a photograph of your beneficiary.
Respect privacy
Get consent before sharing another person’s name, image or personal circumstances. Do not post identity documents, private contact details or unnecessary medical records publicly.
Keep supporters informed
Publish updates when plans change or funds are used. Explain significant changes to the goal or purpose. Respond honestly to reasonable questions.
Publication and review
Campaigns may require approval or publish automatically, depending on platform settings. Our team may request more information or suspend a campaign when concerns arise.
Manage funds responsibly
Use donations for the stated purpose. Keep supporting records and provide accurate payout information. Do not claim that payment is confirmed while a donation is pending.
