By using ChangeLifeFund, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly and respectfully.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person.
Fundraiser responsibilities
You must be authorized to raise funds for the stated purpose and have permission to publish media and beneficiary information. Keep your story accurate and supporters informed about significant changes.
Donations, tips and fees
Donations support the purpose stated by the fundraiser. The technical-team tip is optional and separate. Platform commission and processing fees may reduce the fundraiser’s proceeds; each donation retains its recorded rates. Card payments are not currently connected.
Review and publication
The platform may review, request information about, decline or suspend campaigns. Automatic publishing does not remove these responsibilities and does not mean a campaign is verified.
Prohibited use
Do not use the platform for fraud, illegal activity, harassment, unauthorized disclosure of private information or content you do not have the right to share.
Availability and disputes
We may change features or restrict access to protect the platform. We cannot guarantee that a fundraiser reaches its goal or that its claims are true. Contact us about disputes so we can review the available records.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use is subject to the current terms. Contact us if you need clarification.
