Giving starts with trust. We ask fundraisers to tell their stories honestly and invite supporters to raise concerns.
Campaign review
Campaigns may be reviewed before publication or published automatically when that option is enabled. Publication is not proof of identity or a guarantee of a campaign’s claims. A verification badge appears only when the fundraiser has been marked verified by our team.
Before you donate
Read the story, look at the photos and updates, and ask questions if something is unclear. Example campaigns use illustrative photography and sample donations; they are not evidence of real fundraising activity.
Responsible fundraising
Fundraisers must have permission to use their photos and share information about beneficiaries. Funds must be used for the purpose described. Our team can request information, reject or suspend a campaign.
Report a concern
Contact us with the campaign link and what concerned you. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive medical records. We will assess the information and may contact the fundraiser.
Payment status
Card payments are not connected yet. Donation requests remain pending until an administrator verifies payment. Only successful donations count towards a campaign’s total.
